由超過165年歷史的下鴨茶寮監製。下鴨茶寮是著名的茶懷石料理餐廳。
以醬油、清酒、生薑和糖慢煮的金槍魚和牛蒡，食材充分吸收醬汁的味道；適合拌飯或佐酒小吃，美味又健康，全天然味道，不含人造色素或味精。精美木禮盒包裝，送禮自用皆宜。

Produced by a renowned Kyoto Kaiseki cuisine restaurant, Shimogamosaryo, which was established in 1856.
Tuna and Burdock are slowly cooked with shoyu, sake, ginger, and sugar such ingredients. Revealing a beautiful light brown, and the ingredients have fully absorbed the umami. It is good to serve with rice or with sake. No artificial colors or MSG. It comes with a luxurious wooden box packaging.
