長崎縣是日本羊栖菜的主要產地之一。玄海的暖流和寒流碰撞的壹岐島周圍的海域被洶湧的海浪拍打，形成了豐富的海藻床。據說從繩文時代和彌生時代開始，羊栖菜就被發現其豐富營養。此飯素選用羊栖菜的嫩芽，你可享受柔軟的口感同時紫菜的香氣四溢，不加人造色素或味精。
<煮法>
洗好2杯米和準備水量，然後加入飯素以日常煮飯模式烹煮，即可品嚐美味又充滿營養的羊栖菜炊便完成了。
成份：羊栖菜、紅蘿蔔、炸腐皮、醬油、糖漿、氨基酸液、發酵調味料、清酒、砂糖、飛魚高湯、昆布提取物、食鹽、鰹魚提取物、蛋白質水解物、酵母提取物（含小麥和大豆）

Nagasaki Prefecture is one of the leading producers of hijiki in Japan. The sea around Iki Island, where the warm and cold currents of the Genkai Sea collide, is pounded by rough waves and forms rich seaweed beds. Hijiki was found to be rich in nutrition since the Jomon and Yayoi periods. Enjoy the soft and fragrant seaweed-flavored rice cooked with hijiki, which uses the buds of natural hijiki. No artificial colors or MSG.
<How to cook>
Wash 2 cups of rice, and add enough amount of water as usual. Then add the hijiki meshi mix and stir lightly. Cook the rice as usual.
Ingredients: Hijiki, carrot, fried tofu, soy sauce, starch syrup, amino acid liquid, fermented seasoning, sake, sugar, grilled agodashi, kelp extract, salt, bonito extract, protein hydrolyzate, yeast extract (contains wheat and soybeans)
