This Japanese soup stock pack (dashi) is made entirely of Japanese domestically produced ingredients. It is a blend of bonito flakes, dried ajibushi and sardines, and Rausu kombu that brings a Japanese flavor. Additionally, it includes Hokkaido-produced Rice Koji, which brings out the flavor to a higher level, made by a miso brewer familiar with Rice Koji.
The soup stock has a refreshing taste and a long aftertaste, embodying an elegant Japanese flavor whether served hot or cold.
There are no added salts, and all ingredients are natural, without MSG or artificial flavor enhancers. It is versatile and suitable for various dishes such as miso soup, noodle soup base, Japanese omelets, and rice dishes. Moreover, it can also be used by tearing open the soup packet and adding the soup powder directly to dishes like fried rice, boiled vegetables, and Japanese-style pasta.
